Nova Garden Design, LLC is a small landscape design company that specializes in custom designs. For our residential customers this usually means that they are quite involved in the project. Although we also encourage commercial customers to be involved in the design process, we realize that often they are best served with a product that requires little of their time. This is why our commercial design service entails just two steps:
- Assessment of property and landscaping needs. We need a plot plan of the property to be landscaped, including information regarding easements, above and underground services, grading, etc. We also need pictures of the property and the surrounding area and information regarding the nature of your business. In case we work on-site, we'll make the pictures. In case of an off-site project, we ask you to submit them to us. Once we have this information, we'll contact you for further clarification and to answer any questions you may have at that point. A delivery date will also be discussed.
- Design. Nova Garden Design, LLC will provide three sets of blueprints/drawing copies of the design. If you have any questions regarding this design, please contact us at your convenience. We will work with you until you have a design that you are happy with and that serves your needs.
Note: Although our default service for commercial customers does not include a conceptual design phase, conceptual plans can, of course, be included at your request.
